A simple yet great tasting sauce for your favorite lumpia. Whether it is fresh lumpia like lumpiang ubod or lumipinag toge (bean sprouts) this sauce is a perfect combination. You can also use this dipping sauce on fried lumpia or any kind of springrolls you can imagine.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup broth or water
1 tablespoons soy sauce
2 segments garlic, macerated
How to make lumpia sauce
- Combine all dry ingredients and dissolve in the water.
- Cook until thick. Mix in garlic and serve.
