How to make Buco Lychees Gulaman
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. powdered gelatin
- 1 cup cold buko young coconut juice
- 1/2 cup lychee juice
- 1/2 cup canned lychees quartered
- 1 & 1/2 cups buko meat scraped into1 inch pieces
- 2 cups buko juice
- 3 drops red food coloring optional
- 1 cup whipping cream chilled

How to make Buco Lychees Gulaman
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, gulaman, 1 cup buko juice and lychee juice. Let gulaman expand.
- Over low fire, stir mixture constantly until sugar and gulaman dissolve. Pour into an 8 inch square serving dish. Remove from fire.
- Stir in lychees, buko meat and 2 cups buko juice, then refrigerated to set. Mix in red food coloring if desired.
- In a small mixing bowl, whip cream with a fork or electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread cream on top of set gulaman mixture.
