Ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten, ground
1/2 cup braised celery
2 eggs, scrambled to golden brown
1/4 cup braised onion
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon sage
3 eggs
How to cook Gluten Cutlets:
- Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and form into cutlets.
- Roll in cracker crumbs and bake in moderate oven or fry lightly in fat.
- These are delicious with Mushroom Gravy.
- Approximate yield: 4 servings.
