Ingredients:
5 cups mochiko (sweet rice flour)
3 cups white sugar
1-1/2 cups coconut milk
1 small can condensed milk
1 bottle macapuno (optional)
How to make mochi:
- Preheat oven to 300 deg F. Grease and foil line a 9 x 13-Inch pan. In a mixing bowl, mix mochiko and sugar.
- Add coconut milk and condensed milk until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes. Pour macapuno on top and bake again. Cool and slice.
