1 box Maya Oven Toaster Butter cake Mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup softened butter
2 cups ripe mango, cubed
How to make Fresh Mango Muffins
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper cups.
- In a bowl, combine butter cake mix butter and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in ripe mango. Pour unto prepared muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
