Ingredients:
1 piece green or unripe mango ( kinalabaw variety )
2 cups water
1 tsp. kalamansi juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup carbonated beverage like 7-up or sprite
How to make Green Mango Punch
- Prepare by removing skin and seed of the green mango. Put the seeded peeled mangoes in a blender with two cups of water and cover.
- Turn on the blender and run for one to two minutes until mixture is thoroughly blended.
- Pour blended ingredients into a pitcher. Stir in calamansi juice, sugar, carbonated beverage.
- Put in the chiller and serve cold. Makes 4 cups.
