Burong Mustasa is actually fermented mustard leaves and there is also a recipe of it here in this site. The dish I have here is a combination of fermented mustard and cooked scrambled egg. You can also call this dish fermented mustard omelet because of how it is cooked.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced burong mustasa
- 1 medium size onion
- 3 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 medium size tomatoes
- Salt to taste

How to make burong mustasa with egg
- Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add sliced burong mustasa , well beaten eggs and salt.
- As soon as the eggs are done, remove from the fire and serve.
