This recipe is a vegetable adobo using kangkong leaves and stems. This is one of the popular vegetable dish because not only it is cheap, it is also tasty and nutritious. Aside from kangkong or swamp cabbage, you can also use sigarilyas or okra in cooking your vegetable adobo.
To cook adobong kangkong; Chop the stem with leaves and pick only the soft part of the stem. Wash sorted kangkong. Saute the garlic. When brown, add kangkong. How to Cook Adobong Kangkong (Okra Or Sigarilyas)
Ingredients
- 2 regular bundles of kangkong
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar and pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon kalamansi juice

How to cook Adobong Kangkong:
