I think this is one of the easiest soup dish that you can cook. You just need to boil all the vegetables listed in the ingredients and add the fish bouillon, then you already have a nice vegetable soup dish. You substitute Knorr fish cubes with other fish bouillon you can find.
To cook sinabawang gulay; Boil water in a pot, estimate on how much water you are going to boil. While boiling put in Knorr fish cube. Then add the ginger, squash, gabi. Boil for about 5 minutes then add the lemon grass. Add the eggplant, then boil for another 5 minutes. Then add the okra and alugbati. Let it boil for a while then add the malunggay leaves and let it simmer for about 1 minute before serving.
