Ingredients:
2 cups tokwa(tofu)
2 cups cooked oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon soy flour
1-1/2 cups grated onions
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
How to cook Oatmeal Patties:
- Combine all ingredients, mix well. Make into patties, using two tablespoons of mix per patty.
- They may be served with tomato gravy or baked in condensed tomato soup. Yield: 6 servings.
